By accessing or using the Site, booking services, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

2. Online Booking and Appointments

  • All bookings made through the Site are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking.

  • Appointment times are reserved upon confirmation. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Square.

  • Prices displayed are subject to change without notice.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Summit Electric LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Electric LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
